Shipping

Pace Powersports Ltd predominately uses Post Haste and Courier Post for most of our shipping nationwide. For large items we oversized items we use Mainfreight. 

Unless otherwise stated we will endeavour to dispatch your order from our warehouse with in 2-3 working days of receipt of order. In the event items are out of stock we will have the products express shipped to us at no cost to you, we will contact you regarding the wait time. 

The shipping address for your order is to be supplied and confirmed at the checkout and in the order and shipping confirmation emails from us. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, you must notify us of any address changes immediately. Pace Powersports Ltd cannot accommodate any address change requests received after the products have been dispatched. 

Pace Powersports Ltd does not accept any liability in any circumstances for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by you. 

All delivery times specified by Pace Powersports Ltd are estimates only. Pace Powersports Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of late deliveries. 

Any orders received after 3PM will be processed the next working day. To ensure successful delivery Pace Powersports Ltd requires the correct delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the order. If you choose not to have a signature for your delivery, you do so at your own risk. Upon delivery to you take on all responsibility and risk for the products. 

In the event you have ordered multiple products and some of them are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible, in that event part deliveries may be made. 

For Heavy and Bulk orders please factor in these can take an extra 1-2 days for delivery. 

Rural delivery may take an extra 3-5 days depending on the location. 

Returns

Pace Powersports Ltd accepts returns and exchanges for faulty and/or incorrectly supplied items. You must notify Pace Powersports Ltd with in 30 days of the original purchase date, any requests after 30 days will not be accepted. We also accept returns for any product ordered in the wrong size or style. Pace Powersports Ltd will offer exchanges, refunds or store credits for full priced items. Clearance or sale items can be exchanged or credited at the price that was paid but cannot offer refunds. Pace Powersports Ltd will cover the shipping for the returns, however any replacement goods will be shipped at your cost. Pace Powersports Ltd Duereserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. 

All items being returned or exchanged are subject to the following conditions: 

– Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition – Boxed items must be in the original unmarked packaging and in a good condition. – Goods must be returned with the buyers name, address, contact number, email address and invoice number. – Pace Powersports Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any returns undelivered to us. Please ensure you keep a proof of postage in the event that a claim may arise with your carrier. – Due to Hygiene reasons no underwear will be accepted for returns unless packaging is completely sealed and unopened. 

Faulty Items

If you receive a product from Pace Powersports Ltd that you deem to be faulty, please contact us immediately at sales@pacepowersports.co.nz. 

Manufacturer warranty periods and the availability of items for replacement, are at the manufacturer’s sole discretion and out of the control of Pace Powersports Ltd. 

All repairs are carried out by the supplier and not Pace Powersports Ltd. In the event the item is unrepairable a refund will be offered. Please note some suppliers are based in The United States of America, Asia and Europe, and can take up to 8 weeks for the goods to be returned. If no longer covered under warranty some charges may apply. Pace Powersports Ltd will keep you updated on the process and on any charges that may arise.
